These terms apply to every Conservatory membership. Please read them, together with the Mockup Licence below, before you join.

While your membership is active, you can download every mockup in The Conservatory library. New mockups are added regularly, usually as a monthly release. From time to time we may improve, replace or retire a mockup.
The mockups are Affinity (.af) files. You need Affinity by Canva, which is free on Mac and Windows with a free Canva account.
Membership is a monthly subscription, paid through Paystack and charged in South African rand (ZAR), on the same date each month as the day you joined. You pay the price shown when you join. Members outside South Africa pay the same rand price. Because your card is charged in rand, the amount in your own currency may vary slightly with the exchange rate, and your bank may add a foreign transaction fee. Founding places are offered from 1 to 28 February 2027 and are limited to 30. The founding price stays the same for as long as your membership stays active without a break. If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at the standard price at that time.
If the standard price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before your next payment at the new price. Founding prices are not affected while your membership stays active.
If a monthly payment does not go through, we will let you know by email. Access to the library may be paused until the payment succeeds.
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. See Refunds and Cancellations.
Your membership is for one person. Please do not share your login or downloaded files. We may suspend or close an account that is shared or that breaks the Mockup Licence.
The mockups are provided as they are. Please check every finished image, including pattern placement and scale, before you send it to a client, a company or a manufacturer. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before an important change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Purchases made on Etsy are also subject to Etsy's own terms.
This licence applies to every Conservatory mockup, whether it came from the membership or from an Etsy pack.
The scenes are created with AI image tools, then curated, refined, traced and tested by Creative Faith Studio. We do not claim exclusive or copyright protection over the scenes: other members use the same mockups, and similar scenes may exist elsewhere. Your pattern is what makes each finished image your own.
You keep every right in your own artwork. Creative Faith Studio keeps every right it holds in the prepared mockup files; this licence lets you use them, it does not transfer them to you.
